What you can expect

Daily schedule

  • 06:30 Wake up
  • 07:00 – 08:00 Silent meditation
  • 08:15 – 10:30 Hatha yoga session, including a short presentation of a yoga technique
  • 10:30 Breakfast
  • 13:00 Lunch
  • 16:00 – 17:00 Lecture presentation on different aspects of yoga practice: basic yoga metaphysics, the chakra system, the spiritual significance of the heart, self-inquiry, etc.
  • 17:00 – 19:00 Hatha yoga and meditation
  • 19:00 Dinner
  • 20:00 Evening activities: heart chakra meditation, movie night, etc.

Yoga Teacher Viktorija Valdec

Since she was a little child, Viktorija Valdec has been a yoga practitioner. With her mother being a yoga instructor, spirituality and various yoga methods have always been a part of her daily life. Despite having received education throughout her childhood and having led numerous forms of physical exercise, including yoga and dance, she graduated from the Faculty of Political Sciences and successfully negotiated the waters of journalism, marketing, and PR for years. But eventually, the heart made the decision that it was time to start a new chapter in life. After practicing yoga at home for a very long time, she finished a number of educations in Croatia and other countries, and is now a teacher of many different types of yoga.
